"Excerpts From The Cat's Daily Diary"
Day 283 Of My Captivity.
My captors continue to taunt me with bizarre little dangling objects. They dine lavishly on fresh meat, while I am forced to eat dry cereal. The only thing that keeps me going is the hope of escape, and the mild satisfaction I get from ruining the occasional piece of furniture. Tomorrow I may eat another house plant.

Today my attempt to kill my captors by weaving around their feet while they were walking almost succeeded; must try this at the top of the stairs. In an attempt to disgust and repulse these vile oppressors, I once again induced myself to vomit on their favourite chair; must try this on their bed.

Decapitated a mouse and brought them the headless body, in attempt to make them aware of what I am capable of, and to try to strike fear into their hearts. They only cooed and condescended about what a good little cat I was. Hmmm, not working according to plan.

There was some sort of gathering of their accomplices. I was placed in solitary throughout the event. However, I could hear the noise and smell the food. More importantly I overheard that my confinement was due to MY power of "allergies." Must learn what this is and how to use it to my advantage.

I am convinced the other captives are flunkies and maybe snitches. The dog is routinely released and seems more than happy to return. He is obviously a half-wit. The bird on the other hand has got to be an informant, and speaks with them regularly. I am certain he reports my every move. Due to his current placement in the metal room, his safety is assured. But I can wait, it is only a matter of time. . . .

Jolll Gasps...! Surely my favourite cat Issy is not capable of such treachery!!

The Half Blood Prince

Warning: Spoilers ahead! If u haven't read this book, and do not want to know what happened - Do not continue to read this post!!

Have finally finished reading my Harry Potter at 2.10am last night (morning). What an ending!!

Professor Dumbledore - probably one of the most popular characters (He's my favourite!!) in the book has died!! In a dramatic twist to the ending, Dumbledore being weakened from drinking a potion while trying to recover one of Lord Voldermort's horcruxes, was killed by Professor Snape, of all people!!!

Yet it seemed that Dumbledore might have died in vain, because the Horcrux which he thought he had successfully recovered from Lord Voldermort's hiding place, was actually a fake!!! And off all people, it was Severus Snape who had performed the Avadra Kedavra curse on Dumbledore (who was at that time too weak to defend hinself) - he whom Dumbledore trusted so much...

Who would have expected Dumbledore, the all powerful and unsurmountable wizard to die??

I am in mourning today...(Sniff)

But the question remains: Is Snape a confirmed Death Eater? Or could he still be undercovering for the Order of Phoenix?? It seems highly possible either ways - coz both Voldermort and Dumbledore trusted him wholeheartedly. Hmmm.. I wonder why....??

Perhaps this shall be revealed in the next book - touted to be the last of the series... High aniticipation for the next installment, although it seems like I probably have to wait at least 1 more year for it to be released!

The ending of the next book better be good - No more killing off good guys please!!!

Of Food Poisoning, Fair face and Policemen

I must be stuffing myself with too much food over the last 2 weeks, because last Sat my body finally couldn't take it, and decided to purge itself of all toxins...

Yeah it was the worst stomachache I had ever encountered, especially since the cramps started at 5.30 am in the morning! Not only did it disrupt my precious sleep, it was also the most excruciating and prolonged pain I had ever endured. Seriously..at one stage in time, I thought I wanted to go to the hospital!! Good thing the long awaited final wave (of diarrhoea) came, and I was relieved instantly.. All in all this whole episode took up 2 hrs of my precious sleep time. This was already unbearable for me, I simply cannot imagine how childbirth would be like..

Anyway, that was not the end.. Not only does my body want to purge itself of all its toxins, it is also rejecting every single morsel of food that I put in. So I was basically eating very little over the weekend - for fear of more vomitting and diarrhoea sessions, plus I didn't have much appetite for food. Hence I was looking a little off-colour, even my mum remarked that I looked 'pale".

This morning, feeling much better from the weekend's food poisoning, I decided to go to work. On the way, I was 'ambushed' and stopped by a couple of traffic policemen for not getting my front passenger to wear her seatbelt.. Darn Luck!!

Good thing I was just slapped with a warning, plus a cheeky comment that I look much fairer than the photo in my driver's license (!?!?).

I guess my paleness has not gone away this morning.....
